As i am dealing with economic and digital science i have dozens evidences about what i had considered crimes committed against high qualified immigrants ,very well skilled professionals
In one of them in a moment a high qualified immigrant had been robbed ,lost all his logistics equipaments and whatever he use to work and win enough money to live, he become from nigh to day a homeless living in the street ,under -10-15 degrees in a certain European Union country
Desparate scared and shocked about such situation he went to a IOM subsidiary to ask for help they had refused to give him any kind of help and even to use their IOM office phone to give a short call in order to ask help from somebody
Then he sent desparate officials emails asking for help ,but unfortunatly that IOM subsidiary never answer his emails (more than 7 )during more than 30 bloddy days
Despite this horror situation and the fact that they were not answer his desparate call for hellp ,everytime the IOM reprezentant use to receive such calls for help he use to talk to the first IOM representant who had refuzed to help

Given that even in the worst bloddy war when a human being ask for help if his enemy refuse to do so is considered a war crime ,then very soon we will like to ask international public oppinion if they will consider this just a crime
